Iberia Equities was founded as an independent, owner-managed real estate company to develop and build residential, hotel and commercial properties in the Portuguese-speaking region.

In this framework we are able to recognize the potential of plots and existing buildings even in an early value-adding stage without a building permit or existing architectural approval. From here we take over the development of the project managing carefully every step from the elaboration of an urban and architectural concept, to the submission of the building application and - depending on the investment horizon and business case - the construction.

In all phases, we work together with renowned local partners, with whom, through years of collaboration, we have developed efficient processes that make us an agile player.

Through our local presence, we have access to high quality assets to which we develop the appropriate business model, allowing us to offer our partners excellent investment opportunities.

 

Due to the ongoing upturn in the Lisbon property market, our focus is currently on the Portuguese capital and its metropolitan area. Here we set our sights on residential and hotel developments to sell or hold.
